Item Description: Bracelet with hook clasp and safety chain and screw back earrings by Margot de Taxco in the Hibiscus pattern. STERLING, MADE IN MEXICO around an eagle 16, 5488 and MARGOT DE TAXCO. Earrings: One earring is marked STERLING, MADE IN MEXICO around an eagle mark and the other is marked 5488 MARGOT DE TAXCO. Bracelet: 8-3/4 inches long and 1-1/4 inch wide. Earrings: 1-1/8 inches tall and 1-1/4 inches wide.

Additional Information : American-born Margot Van Voorhies Carr arrived in Taxco in 1937, where she met and married Antonio Castillo of the Los Castillo workshop.
