These are vintage, handcrafted, sterling silver (earrings tested, earnuts are marked), Southwestern pierced dangle earrings, which are also known as Navajo Pearls. Each earring has four 12.7-millimeter balls with an engraved American Indian sunrise design all the way around. They hang from a half-ball on the ear, and they weigh 15.5 grams.
