This listing is for a pair of earrings made of sterling silver and turquoise, And handcrafted by Hopi Silversmith, Marcus Yowytewa. This is a very fine example of expertly handcrafted Hopi earrings featuring tiny hand cut squares of turquoise set in a cobblestone fashion around silver half hoops.. The stones portray green to blue green color hues with a high polished finish. The posts are in perfect shape being straight as an arrow and hold the original sterling silver backs. The size of the hoops are greatnot overly large, yet not super smallthey have the same outer circumference of a US Quarter.

Weighing in at just 2 grams each, they wont be weighing you down or stretching your ear lobes either. This pair of earrings will make a great addition to any fine Native American jewelry collection. And hand them down to a loved one in the future. Weight - 4 Grams total - 2 grams each. Earring Measurements - Each half hoop has a width/radius of 1 from the outer edge of each end. The width at the larger end of each hoop measures just under 3/8 and slowly tapers down to a blunt point. Each hoop has a thickness of about 1/8 all the way around (including the raised inlays).

Signed by Artist - YES, with initials MY for Hopi Artist Marcus Yowytewa. Stamped Sterling - YES, tested and verified. Condition - Preowned, in excellent vintage condition, with original stone inlays and slight patina, ready to wear or display. I treat every item as if it were my own.
