Vintage Sam Kramer Sterling Silver Bloodstone Earrings

  

This item for sale is a pair of vintage, sterling silver and bloodstone earrings made by Sam Kramer. As you can see from the second photo the earring backs have been torn off/removed. I have spoken with my jeweler regarding restoration.

He has advised me that the solder area can be polished flawless with careful consideration so the hallmarks are undamaged He said they can be restored to flawless with screwbacks taken from another pair of vintage sterling earrings. Sam Kramers screwback findings were all pretty much the same and catalog ordered. He also said they could have a hole drilled on top for a pair of kidney wires for dangling pierced, posts added for post pierced, one can be a ring one can be a pendant or...

Just take the toggle bars off a pair of 1950's sterling silver cufflinks and solder on. The fronts measure 1 inch across. A fabulous addition to your collection.
