Vintage Georg Jensen, Denmark Modern Dangle Sterling Earrings 128a Clip
This is from the famous Danish Jewelry Design House of Georg Jensen. The artist of this particular design for Georg Jensen was Nanna Ditzel who began working for Georg Jensen Silversmithy in 1954 Her work has been exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NY, the Danish Museum of Decorative Art in Copenhagen and the Louvre in Paris. They are 3 in length. I have been the sole owner. Their curved symmetry catch light and sparkle as they dangle and move beautifully with the wearer. My lifestyle never warranted wearing these glamorous. Pieces on a consistent basis. Thus they have mainly remained in the jewelry.
Although rarely worn, I wanted to make sure that they were in perfect condition before putting them on sale so they were sent to George Jensen Silversmithy in Denmark recently to be polished.
