Vintage Ed Levin Sterling Silver & 14k Yellow Gold 3-d Modernist Clip Earrings

  

This is a pair of vintage, handcrafted, Ed Levin, Modernist sterling silver and 14K yellow gold (marked) clip earrings. The three-dimensional, shadowbox design features a 4.6-millimeter, 14K yellow gold ball suspended between two pointed ovals. The top surface has a brushed finish, and the inside gold surface is shiny. The earrings are 1 1/4 inches long, a little more than 1/2 inch wide (9/16 inch, to be exact), and weigh 7.6 grams.
