Vintage Antique India handmade dangle drop earrings sterling silver coral &glass. Description: Tested by my jeweler to be sterling silver; they are not marked any place that I can see. The original ear-wires were quite thick and I replaced them with narrower gauge sterling silver ear-wires for comfort. There is a small amount of tarnish on the silver and they could benefit from being cleaned/polished. These have been tucked away in my collection for at least 10 years.

She said they are antiques and they are consistent with my experience of the jewelry from India around early 1900's and older. The detail in the metalwork is very finely crafted. The red beads are coral and the blue beads are pressed glass. Wear: Slight signs of wear are considered typical for authentic vintage pieces, such as light surface scratches or patina. This type of normal wear attests to an item's age and adds to its vintage charm and character.
