VINTAGE 1950s SQUASH BLOSSOM NAJA Sterling Turquoise Necklace Earrings Set
Vintage 1940-50s Sterling Silver SQUASH BLOSSOM necklace with similar Naja matching earrings. Its heavy, the sterling pearl beads are large and stamped with sunrays. The large Naja pendant has a petite turquoise set in the middle. This necklace dates back to the 30-50s eras. In the 60s & 70s, is the movements and other political & cultural awareness grew rapidly. This traditional necklace evolved and by the end of the 60s, this style had way more Turquoise added to it. So essentially the less turquoise, the older it is. But the high grade turquoise specimen on this is bright and super glossy! Ive paired this necklace with these adorable earrings.
Turquoise center small stones also untreated. I changed the hooks because the original hooks were bent and thin. But they pair beautifully together. Perfect for any southwestern gal or bohemian chic style. Back of Naja signed R LEE with a house/wigwam around the name LEE.
Earrings not stamped acid tests sterling. Earrings & other measurements in photos. No issues to any Turquoise.
