Margot De Taxco Vintage Sterling Silver Enamel Swimming Fish Bracelet & Earrings. This is a matching set of a Margot de Taxco Swimming Fish Bracelet and two earrings. Margot de Taxco was a designer of Mexican jewelry in the mid-20th century. She is best known for her enameled sterling silver pieces, which date from 1948 until the early 1970s.
Bracelet Links of green-colored enamel over sterling silver depicting waves surround an articulated enamel fish spouting water. Stamped marks on bracelet include Margot de Taxco 5644, Sterling Made in Mexico, and an eagle mark. A small section of enamel is missing from the water spout, which does not distract from the overall design.
The bracelet measures 2.5 on the diameter of the interior circle when closed. Earrings A matching set of earrings accompanies the bracelet.
Also made of green-colored enamel over sterling silver, marks on the earrings include an eagle mark and 5644. The earrings each measure approximately 1.75 in length.
