Vintage Sterling Silver Mikimoto Pearl Screw Fastener Earrings. Earrings are executed in a Grape Vine Design with 5 x 5mm Milkimoto pearls in each earrings. Earrings are marked with the M in a clamshell mark plus silver stamp.
