Vintage Omg Ola Gorie Orkney Solid Sterling Silver Celtic Knot Drop Earrings

  

These are Rare and Stunning pieces of Vintage Designer Solid Sterling Silver Jewellery. Made in Orkney, Scotland by the designer Ola Gorie they are a pair of Drop Earrings with Butterfly Backs in a Celtic Knot design that from the hallmark date from 1963 to 1990. The Earring backs are modern replacements and are marked S925 for the Silver Purity. Due to their light weight there is no requirement for the Earrings to be hallmarked so they are simply marked with OMG for the Maker's Mark and have been electronically tested at a precious metal refinery to confirm the Silver Content.

They weigh 2.8g together and measure 36mm high x 19mm wide. They are in a lightly used and good condition for their age with no damage and just very minor surface wear.
