Art Deco Sterling Silver Marcasite Drop Earrings #3. This elegant pair is in lovely condition. The earrings feature hand set marcasites in a sterling silver with a central champagne coloured faux pearl. The pair has an open work design with a dainty appearance.

The original screw fittings were damaged and we have replaced them with new sterling silver hooks made in the USA. The original fittings were stamped 935 for a higher assay than sterling. One of the old backs is shown in the photos.

All stones are present and there are no chipped or cracked stones. One of the pearls has a small scratch, seen on close up viewing only. The pair measure 20mm from the top of the marcasite and measure 13mm across.
